Not only artists, art dealers, gallery owners, art collectors, art critics and patrons can become honorary citizens, but also all those who are perhaps just enthusiastic about the idea of the project.

Of course, honorary citizenship in the Kingdom of Art does not replace the previous citizenship of the honorary citizen.
